At Culture Sole, we value quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ Exchange Only Policy

• We do not offer returns or refunds.
• Only exchange is allowed in case of size issues or manufacturing defects.

📦 Exchange Conditions

• Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

👟 Size Exchange

• Size exchange is subject to stock availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another design of equal value.

🚚 Shipping Charges

• Exchange shipping charges (to & fro) will be borne by the customer.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, shipping charges will be handled by us.

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products purchased during sale / discount offers are not eligible for exchange.
• Customized or special-order products cannot be exchanged.
