✅ Exchange Only Policy
- We do not offer returns or refunds.
- Only exchange is allowed in case of size issues or manufacturing defects.
📦 Exchange Conditions
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
👟 Size Exchange
- Size exchange is subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another design of equal value.
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Exchange shipping charges (to & fro) will be borne by the customer.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, shipping charges will be handled by us.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products purchased during sale / discount offers are not eligible for exchange.
- Customized or special-order products cannot be exchanged.
