At Culture Sole, we ensure premium quality handcrafted juttis. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a No Return Policy.
❌ Returns
Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
🔄 Size Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange only in case the wrong size is selected by the customer.
- Exchange is allowed only for size issues
- A ₹100 exchange fee will be applicable
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery

We request all customers to carefully check size details before placing an order, as returns are not accepted and exchanges are chargeable.
📦 Exceptions (Only in these cases)
We will provide free support if:
- You receive a wrong product
- The product is damaged during delivery
